This Terms of Use agreement outlines the policies, responsibilities, and limitations related to the services and products provided by Webiz Digital. By registering for or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

Scope of Coverage

This Terms of Use applies to the use of services and products offered by Webiz Digital and any website owned or operated by Webiz Digital. It does not apply to companies that Webiz Digital does not own or control, or to individuals not employed or managed by Webiz Digital. This includes third-party service providers or websites that may be linked from our website.

Filing a Complaint

If you're not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to reach out to us first. We aim to resolve all concerns amicably and efficiently. Please contact us before initiating a formal complaint or dispute. A complaint should only be filed if we are unable to come to a mutually agreeable solution.

Refund Eligibility

We treat every project professionally and work to deliver exactly what is promised in the project proposal. If you're dissatisfied and have gone through our dispute resolution process, refund requests will be handled based on the following service-specific guidelines:

Application Programming

⚈ A full refund will be provided if the project has not yet been started.
⚈ If an agreement was made but the project remains incomplete, we may issue a partial refund based on the proportion of the work completed.
⚈ In the absence of a formal agreement or Terms of Use, refund decisions will be made at our discretion, guided by the original project scope and delivery policy.

Dedicated Hiring

⚈ A full refund is available if there is a delay in the project start by our developer, designer, content writer, SEO expert, or any other resource.
⚈ If the client cancels the project partway through, we offer a proportionate refund based on the remaining work.
⚈ No refunds will be given for work already completed.
⚈ If you're not satisfied with the progress, please notify your Project Manager immediately. We will not accept refund or discount requests retroactively.

Delivery Policy Conditions

To ensure smooth delivery, the following conditions must be met:
Timely payments: The project will not be considered void if payments are pending or delayed
Prompt communication: Clients must provide timely feedback and updates. We are not responsible for project delays caused by miscommunication or lack of response.
⚈ Complete project scope: Clients must provide full details at the start of the project. If sufficient information is not provided, we are not bound by the delivery or refund timelines.
Unless specifically stated in a separate agreement with penalty clauses, Webiz Digital is not liable for delays in delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the incomplete portion of the project, as outlined in the proposal. Webiz Digital is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service delays or non-delivery. Refunds will only be issued if the project is canceled and the cancellation is communicated to us in writing.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 5 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment (e.g., check or credit card).
